1.

Any person or corporation, or officer thereof, violating any of the provisions of sections thirteen hundred fifty to thirteen hundred fifty-three, inclusive, of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

2.

The conviction of a corporation shall not relieve any officer or officers, agents or employees of such corporation from prosecution under the provisions of sections thirteen hundred fifty to thirteen hundred fifty-three, inclusive, of this chapter.
