Limited liability


Neither the members of the authority, nor any officer or employee of the authority acting in behalf thereof, while acting within the scope of his authority, shall be subject to any personal liability resulting from the construction, maintenance or operation of any of the properties of the authority or any project financed with the assistance of the authority, carrying out any of the powers expressly given in this title; provided, however, that this section shall not be held to apply to any independent contractor. * NB Authority ceased to exist 08/05/2002
