Patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree


A person is guilty of patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree when:

1.

He or she patronizes a person for prostitution and the person patronized is less than eleven years old; or

2.

Being eighteen years old or more, he or she patronizes a person for prostitution and the person patronized is less than thirteen years old. Patronizing a person for prostitution in the first degree is a class D felony.
