N.Y. Insurance Law Section 2609
Discrimination in the issuance of performance or surety bonds


No person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of issuing performance or surety bonds shall refuse to issue such a bond to any person, firm or corporation, solely because of the race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age or marital status of the applicant.
