N.Y. Executive Law Section 167
Advertising and publicizing summer camps cited as subversive


Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, general or special, no department, bureau, board, commission, authority, agency or other instrumentality of the state shall knowingly advertise, publicize, assist, support or advise, or in any manner promote in any publication or otherwise, any summer camp cited by the attorney general of the United States, the attorney general of the state of New York, any duly authorized state agency or any legislative investigating body for teaching, advocating or embracing the doctrine that the government of the United States or of any state or any political subdivision thereof shall be overthrown or overturned by force, violence or any unlawful means, or advocating, advising, teaching or embracing the duty, necessity or propriety of adopting any such doctrine.
