Principal place of business


1.

Each state certified or licensed real estate appraiser and each state licensed real estate appraiser assistant shall advise the department of the address of his or her principal place of business and all other addresses at which he or she is currently engaged in the business of preparing or assisting with the preparation of real property appraisal reports.

2.

Change of name or address. Notice in writing in the manner and form prescribed by the department shall be given the department at its offices in Albany within ten days of a change of name or address of the state certified or licensed real estate appraisers or of the state licensed real estate appraiser assistants, except those made on a recertification or renewal application. The fee for filing each change of name or address notice shall be ten dollars.
