Park north of capitol and east of the state education building


The park grounds and premises belonging to the state, lying to the north of the capitol between Washington avenue and Elk street, and to the east of the state education building, in the city of Albany, shall hereafter be known and designated as “Lafayette Park.” Such park grounds and premises shall be under the supervision and control of the commissioner of general services.
