N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 837
Members not to be interested in transactions


No member of the board shall be interested, directly or indirectly, in any transaction with the authority, except the leasing as a grower of a stall or stalls upon the market and such transactions as are ordinarily incidental thereto.
