N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 2621
Annual report


The authority shall submit to the governor, the chairman of the senate finance committee, the chairman of the assembly ways and means committee, the comptroller, the director of the budget, the supervisor of the town of Johnsburg, the supervisor of the town of Shandaken, the supervisor of the town of Middletown, and the supervisor of the town of North Elba within ninety days after the end of its fiscal year, a complete and detailed report setting forth:

(1)

its operations and accomplishments and (2) its receipts and expenditures during such fiscal year in accordance with the categories or classifications established by the authority for its operating and capital outlay purposes. Such report shall not be required to be submitted in print if the recipient of the report agrees to accept such report in electronic format.
