N.Y. Navigation Law Section 32-A
Using net or weir unlawfully in Hudson river


A person, who uses any net or weir for setting or attaching nets, or a pole or other fixture in any part of the Hudson river, except as permitted by statute, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
