N.Y. General Business Law Section 209-B
Index of registrants and registered names


The secretary of state and the respective county clerks shall keep an alphabetical index of all persons or corporations filing petitions under the authority of section two hundred nine-a, together with a similar index of the names and designations referred to therein. For each petition filed they shall receive a fee of fifty dollars.
