N.Y. Executive Law Section 893
Termination of authority

Unless expressly extended by act of the legislature, the authority of the office to provide services under this article shall terminate on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred ninety-five, provided, however, that any master application still pending with the office on or before such date shall be processed to conclusion in accordance with the provisions of this article. * NB Authority of office terminated per § 893 December 31, 1995
