N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law Section 15-2131
Reports


1.

The board of any river regulating district created hereunder shall annually, as of such date as the department may provide, submit to it a written report, which shall contain:

a.

An exhibit of the personnel of the board, and all of the employees and persons connected with the board;

b.

A financial statement, showing fully and clearly the finances of the district, the amounts and dates of maturity of all bonds, notes and certificates of indebtedness, the amounts of money received, and from what sources, and amounts of money paid and purposes for which same were paid;

c.

A statement of any petitions received by the board and the action taken thereon;

d.

A descriptive statement of the work done during the previous year; and

e.

A statement of the condition of reservoirs and the results secured by the operation thereof in each case.

2.

In addition to the matters outlined above the board shall report to the department such other matters as it shall deem proper or the department shall require.
