Data sharing

Booking services shall provide to the department of state, on a monthly basis, an electronic report, in a format determined by the department of state of the listings maintained, authorized, facilitated or advertised by the booking service within the state for the applicable reporting period. The report shall include the registration number, and a breakdown of where the listings are located, whether the listing is for a partial unit or a whole unit, and shall include the number of nights each unit was reported as occupied during the applicable reporting period. The department of state shall provide such report to all municipalities where listings are located on a monthly basis, provided, the department of state shall only provide to each municipality the part of the report with information on listings in such municipality. * NB Effective April 20, 2025
