N.Y. Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law Section 116
Penalties


Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, any person or entity that violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation or order promulgated thereto, or the terms and conditions of any license, permit or approval issued thereunder, shall be liable to a civil penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars for each violation, and an additional civil penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars for each day during which such violation continues. Any civil penalty may be assessed by the commission following a hearing or opportunity to be heard.
