Penalties and enforcement

Any person who violates any provision of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated by the department, or the terms or conditions of any order or permit issued by the department pursuant to this article, shall be subject to the maximum penalties which may be levied against a licensed adult care facility. * NB There are 2 § 4663’s
