N.Y. Public Health Law Section 2330
Houses of prostitution

  • abatement
  • breaking, entering or using closed building
If any person shall break and enter, or use a building, erection, or place directed to be closed pursuant to the provisions of this article, he shall be punished as for contempt as provided in this article.
