N.Y. Public Health Law Section 1336
Certain businesses prohibited

1.

All departments of health or the commissioner or commissioners thereof in any incorporated city of this state shall have power to enforce the provisions of § 1335 (Certain businesses prohibited)section thirteen hundred thirty-five of this chapter.

2.

Any person violating the provisions of § 1335 (Certain businesses prohibited)section thirteen hundred thirty-five of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
