Declaration of state’s exemption from operation of provisions of 15 U


S.C. (1172). Pursuant to section two of an Act of Congress of the United States entitled “An act to prohibit transportation of gambling devices in interstate and foreign commerce,” approved January second, nineteen hundred fifty-one, being chapter 1194, 64 Stat. 1134, and also designated as 15 U.S.C. (1171-1177), the state of New York, acting by and through the duly elected and qualified members of its legislature, does hereby, in accordance with and in compliance with the provisions of section two of said Act of Congress, declare and proclaim that it is exempt from the provisions of section two of said Act of Congress.
