Deceptive acts and practices

Any person in this state who enters into or causes a consumer to enter into an unfair real estate service agreement shall be considered to have violated § 349 (Deceptive acts and practices unlawful)section three hundred forty-nine of this chapter. * NB Effective March 12, 2026
