N.Y. General Business Law Section 656
Advertising standards

Membership campground operators, their employees and agents shall be subject to all relevant provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, sections three hundred forty-nine, three hundred fifty, and three hundred sixty-nine-ee in the marketing, promotion, and advertising of membership camping contracts.
