Effect of communication on privileges


All communications between the consumer’s attorney in the legal claim and the litigation funding company as it pertains to the legal claim that is subject to the litigation funding contract shall not constitute a waiver of any privilege or protection, including but not limited to the attorney client privilege and the work-product doctrine. * NB Effective June 17, 2026
