§ 6514.* Revocation of certificates; amendment of registrations.

(h)

That a physician is or has been guilty of negligence in assigning duties or responsibilities to, or in supervising the practice of, a physician’s associate or specialist’s assistant, or that he has violated any of the provisions of the education law or of the public health law or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto relating to such practice. * NB This section 6514 came under old title VIII. Although old 6514 was repealed, there were amendments made, which are still live. As noted above, no reference to 6514 added by 987/1971.
