* § 6512.* Construction of article.

k.

A corporation organized under article nine-C of the insurance law from employing duly licensed physicians or from entering into contracts with duly licensed physicians or with partnerships, medical corporations organized under article forty-four of the public health law, professional service corporations organized under article fifteen of the business corporation law or other groups of duly licensed physicians to practice medicine on its behalf for persons insured under its contracts or policies.

Acts performed by duly registered physician’s associates or specialist’s assistants who are working under the responsible supervision of physicians licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York.

The organization of a medical corporation under article forty-four of the public health law or the organization of a professional service corporation under article fifteen of the business corporation law. * NB (This section 6512 was repealed by 987/1971 which came under old title VIII. Although old 6512 was repealed, there were amendments made to 6512 which are still live as noted above. No reference to 6512 added by 987/1971)
