N.Y. Cannabis Law Section 135
Review by courts


An action by the board shall be subject to review by the supreme court in the manner provided in article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules including, but not limited to:

(a)

Refusal by the board to issue a registration, license, or a permit.

(b)

The revocation, cancellation or suspension of a registration, license, or permit by the board.

(c)

The failure or refusal by the board to render a decision upon any application or hearing submitted to or held by the board within sixty days after such submission or hearing.

(d)

The transfer by the board of a registration, license, or permit to any other entity or premises, or the failure or refusal by the board to approve such a transfer.

(e)

Refusal to approve alteration of premises.

(f)

Refusal to approve a corporate change in stockholders, stockholdings, officers or directors.
