  • change in number of directors

Vacancies in the board of directors, supervisory committee, or the credit committee, occasioned by resignations, deaths or other causes shall be reported by each credit union to the superintendent within ten days after the event; and the credit union shall likewise report the filling of each such vacancy with the name, address and occupation of the person elected and the name of the person whose place he is to fill.

The number of directors may be changed within the limits provided in subdivision four of § 451 (Proposed bylaws)section four hundred fifty-one of this article by amendment of the bylaws.
