Manufactured homes that remain personal property

Except as provided in section three hundred forty-four-b, section three hundred forty-four-c, and section three hundred forty-four-e, of this article, an affidavit of affixation is not necessary or effective to convey or encumber a manufactured home or to change the character of the manufactured home to real property. * NB Effective December 12, 2026
