1.

All departments and boards of health and the commissioner or commissioners thereof shall have the power to enforce the provisions of sections thirteen hundred forty-five to thirteen hundred forty-seven, inclusive, of this chapter.

2.

The commissioners of health and the respective local boards of health and any person authorized by either of them so to do, may enter any hotel or any part thereof at any reasonable time to inspect and examine the same, to determine whether or not the laws and regulations relating to hotels are being violated.

3.

Any hotel proprieter or manager violating any of the provisions of sections thirteen hundred forty-five to thirteen hundred forty-seven, inclusive, of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
