N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 2675-L
State, county and city not liable on bonds


The bonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of New York, the county of Albany or the city of Albany, and neither the state, the county nor the city shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than those of the authority. All such bonds and notes of the authority shall contain on the face thereof a statement to that effect.
