N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 2052
Definitions


As used to refer to in this title, unless a different meaning clearly appears in the context:

(a)

The term “authority” shall mean a corporation created by § 4 (Establishment of the independent authorities budget office)section four of this title;

(b)

The term “county” shall mean the county of Broome;

(c)

The term “bonds” shall mean the bonds authorized in this title;

(d)

The term “board” shall mean the members of the authority;

(e)

The term “real property” shall mean lands, structures, franchises and interest in lands, and any and all things usually included within the said term, and includes not only fees, simple or absolute, but also any and all lesser interests, such as easements, rights of way, uses, leases, licenses, and all other incorporeal hereditaments in every estate, interest or right, legal or equitable, including terms of years, and liens thereon by way of judgments, mortgages or otherwise, and also claims for damage to real estate;

(f)

The term “project” shall mean the sports center and shall include all real and personal property, driveways, roads, approaches, structures, parking lots, mechanical equipment and all appurtenances and facilities either on, above, or under the ground which are used or useable in connection with such Sports Center. * NB Authority dissolved September 1, 1977
