N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 1836-G
Rules and regulations of the authority


1.

The authority shall make, promulgate and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations relating to its duties under this subtitle as it may deem appropriate.

2.

To effectuate the purposes of this subtitle, the authority may request from any authority, division, board, bureau, commission or other agency of the state or from any public corporation, and the same are authorized to provide, such services, assistance and data as will enable the authority to properly carry out its functions, powers and duties under this subtitle.

3.

The authority shall also cooperate with the department of economic development to permit the department to carry out its responsibilities under Economic Development Law § 104-A (Special powers and duties of the department with respect to employee ownership assistance)section one hundred four-a of the economic development law.
