N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 1190
Bonds legal investments for fiduciaries


The bonds are hereby made securities in which all public officers and bodies of this state and all municipalities and municipal subdivisions, all insurance companies and associations, all savings banks and savings institutions, including savings and loan associations, administrators, guardians, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in the state may properly and legally invest funds in their control.
