Criminal diversion of medical cannabis

The following definitions are applicable to this article:

1.

“Medical cannabis” means medical cannabis as defined in Cannabis Law § 3 (Definitions)section three of the cannabis law.

2.

“Certification” means a certification, made under Cannabis Law § 30 (Certification of patients)section thirty of the cannabis law. * NB Repealed July 5, 2028
