N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law Section 13.05
Caleb Smith State Park


Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law to the contrary, on and after the effective date of this section the state park on the Nissequogue river known as the Nissequogue State Park shall be known as the Caleb Smith State Park and shall be suitably marked, in a manner to be prescribed by the commissioner.
