Contract renewals


1.

No contract for services shall provide that services will be automatically renewed and the subscriber billed, unless the subscriber named in the expiring contract is notified not more than sixty and not less than fifteen days prior to the termination of the existing contract, by mail, of the credit card registration services’ intention to automatically renew the contract.

The written notice of renewal shall state the proposed renewal term, the price for renewal and any additions, changes or deletions in the services to be furnished. The notice shall state, conspicuously, that the subscriber may elect not to renew the service by sending a written notice of cancellation or by calling a toll free telephone number prior to the end of the expiring contract.
