Disposition of receipts

All receipts of the commission shall be paid into the state treasury, provided, however, that receipts from the tax imposed by article nineteen of the tax law shall be deposited as provided by Tax Law § 171-A (Deposit and disposition of revenue)section one hundred seventy-one-a of the tax law.
