Commissioner for the interstate compact for juveniles

Pursuant to subdivision B of article III of § 501-E (Interstate compact for juveniles)section five hundred one-e of this article, the commissioner shall be appointed by the governor in consultation with the state council established pursuant to article IX of section five hundred one-e and section five hundred one-g of this article. * NB Repealed September 1, 2025
