N.Y. Education Law Section 4301
New York State School for the Blind


The New York State Institution for the Blind established by chapter five hundred eighty-seven of the laws of eighteen hundred sixty-five and the acts supplemental thereto and renamed the “New York State School for the Blind” by chapter five hundred sixty-three of the laws of eighteen hundred ninety-five, is continued under the jurisdiction and control of the education department.
