Form and service of subpoena

  • witness fees
A subpoena, or subpoena duces tecum, issued in conformity with the provisions of this article, shall be signed by the governor’s secretary, and be attested by the privy seal of the state. A subpoena issued under this section shall be regulated by the civil practice law and rules.
