N.Y. Arts and Cultural Affairs Law Section 7.03
Object of the summer school


The primary object of the summer school of the arts is to provide to high school and college students, who are residents of the state of New York, having exceptional artistic skills and talents and who are interested in pursuing professional careers in the arts, an opportunity to receive advanced training and instruction on the highest professional level from artists who are distinctly qualified by background, training, and experience to provide such instruction, at locations to be determined by the commissioner of education.
