N.Y. Alternative County Government Law Section 302
Audit and payment of claims

All claims, accounts and demands against the county shall be submitted, audited, allowed and paid in the manner provided by County Law § 369 (Audit and payment of claims)section three hundred sixty-nine of the county law as now in force or hereafter amended.
