N.Y. Tax Law Section 1343
Deposit and disposition of revenues

Revenues resulting from the imposition of the tax authorized by this article shall be deposited and disposed of in the same manner as revenues resulting from the imposition of the tax authorized by article thirty-A of this chapter.
