N.Y. Real Property Actions & Proceedings Law Section 1609
Final order upon the application


After taking proof of the facts, either before the court or a referee, and hearing the parties and fully examining into the matter, the court must make a final order upon the application. In case the application is granted in whole or in part, the final order shall specify the real property to be mortgaged, leased, sold, acquired, exchanged or as to which a previously made lease is to be confirmed, and the terms and conditions upon which the authorized transaction is to be consummated or approved.
