N.Y. Public Housing Law Section 403
Validation

The creation and establishment of the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority under the provisions of article five of the former state housing law, together with all proceedings, acts and things undertaken, performed or done with reference thereto, are hereby validated, ratified, confirmed, approved and declared legal in all respects, notwithstanding any want of statutory authority or any defect or irregularity in such acts or proceedings.
