N.Y. Public Housing Law Section 306
Definitions

For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(1)

“Controlled substance” shall have the same meaning given such term in Public Health Law § 3306 (Schedules of controlled substances)section thirty-three hundred six of the public health law.

(2)

“Drug-related crime” shall mean the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use, a controlled substance.
