N.Y. Public Health Law Section 3424
Funeral directing

  • reports by trainees, employees and schools

1.

Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:

(a)

maintain and file such periodic records and reports as the department shall require; and

(b)

notify the department promptly of any change in school registration or change of employment.
