Violations

In addition to other remedies available by law, violations of the provisions of this article and any regulations promulgated thereunder shall be subject to penalties and fines pursuant to § 12 (Violations of health laws or regulations)section twelve of this chapter; provided, however, that each violation committed by any health care personnel of a temporary health care services agency shall be considered a separate violation.
