Tuberculosis

  • vaccine and vaccination

1.

No vaccine shall be used for the purpose of inducing immunity against tuberculosis in humans in this state unless produced in accordance with regulations established or approved by the commissioner.

2.

Vaccination with such approved vaccine shall be performed only in accordance with regulations established by the commissioner.
