Public health and health planning council

1.

The public health and health planning council shall meet as frequently as its business may require, and at least twice in each year.

2.

The governor shall designate one of the members of the public health and health planning council as its chair.

3.

The public health and health planning council shall enact and from time to time may amend by-laws in relation to its meetings and the transactions of its business.

4.

All meetings of the public health and health planning council shall in every proceeding be deemed to have been duly called and regularly held, and all regulations and proceedings to have been duly authorized unless the contrary be proved.
