N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 3052
Definitions


As used in this title, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings unless the context shall indicate another or different meaning or intent:

1.

“Corporation” means the corporate governmental agency created by § 3053 (Creation of the municipal assistance corporation for the city of Troy)section three thousand fifty-three of this title.

2.

“City” means the city of Troy.

3.

“Chief executive officer” means the chief executive officer of the city as defined in subdivision five-a of section 2.00 of the local finance law.

4.

“City comptroller” means the comptroller of the city of Troy.

5.

“Short-term obligations” means tax anticipation notes, revenue anticipation notes, bond anticipation notes, budget notes and urban renewal notes.

6.

“Bond or note facility” means any insurance policy, letter of credit or other credit enhancement with respect to bonds or notes of the corporation issued pursuant to this title.
